Questions
Questions people ask before signing up
What you actually receive, where it plays, and how to get hold of us. If your question is not here, message us — the answer usually takes a minute.
What do I actually receive?
An Xtream line: a host address, a username and a password. Those three things go into a compatible player and the channels, films and guide appear. There is no separate box to buy and nothing to install on your network.
Which devices does it work on?
Samsung and LG smart TVs, Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV, Android TV, and iPhone, iPad and Android phones and tablets. Beyond that, any player that accepts an Xtream host, username and password will work — the line is not tied to one app.
Can I try it before I commit?
Yes. Message us and we will set up a full line for 24 hours, free. You watch on your own device, with the channels and films you would actually be paying for. No payment details are needed and there is nothing to cancel afterwards.
How many channels and films are there?
Over 1200 live channels across Albanian, Italian, German, Greek, Turkish, French, English and Balkan programming, plus around 4200 films on demand. Every film carries subtitles. The list grows continually, so the count is a floor rather than a ceiling.
Is sport included?
Yes — Albanian and international sport, from the domestic leagues through to the European competitions.
Is there a programme guide?
Yes. The guide is delivered with the line, so players that support an EPG will show you what is on now and what is coming next without any extra setup.
How do I check whether my line is still active?
Paste it into our checker. It reports the status, the expiry date and how many of your connections are currently in use, so you can tell an expired subscription apart from a player that needs restarting — without opening a player at all. Xtream →
A channel has stopped working. What should I do?
Message us and say which one. Individual channels change source from time to time, and we would rather hear about it than have you assume the whole service is down.
Where in the world does it work?
It is watched across Kosovo, Albania and North Macedonia, and by the diaspora in Germany, the United Kingdom, Italy, Greece, France, Turkey, Sweden, Denmark and Finland. Those are where our customers happen to be rather than a restriction — an internet connection is the only real requirement.
How do I reach you?
WhatsApp is usually the fastest. Email and phone reach us as well, and support runs 24 hours a day.
Question not answered here?
Send it to us directly. Support is available at any hour, and WhatsApp is normally the quickest way through.
